Medium Kouya is the correct size if you're hoping to use it (as a masturbator/stroker) with an approximately average-sized penis! However, your mileage may vary, as this is not a one-size-fits-all kind of toy. Generously-endowed people may find this toy too tight or short.
As with all penetrables, it is susceptible to tearing damage due to the nature of its use (and of supersoft silicone) and does not come with a warranty. Smooth-On's product "Sil-Poxy" can be used to repair damage to an extent, but be aware that the finish on the patched area will be different and the patch itself is firmer than the rest of the silicone.
