Notes: The black wisps aren't fibers, just very fine ribbons of black pigmented silicone.
Flop Reason: "Abundance of Caution" flop designation due to the orange pigment having a number of prominent darker freckles throughout the toy (one is seen in example photo, but there are others anywhere there's orange). There are none which are tangible (to me) and they did not respond to normal cleaning, so they should not pose a problem if they are not picked/scraped intentionally. Recommend avoiding this toy if you think you will be compelled to try removing them.
In the event of freckle emergence, thoroughly sanitize toy and patch with Sil-Poxy.
