Flop Reason: Unusual surface finish relative to others from the same mold, due to being a first cast in a new mold with larger amounts of mold release. This primarily affects the base, which is much shinier than others (and therefore feels a little tackier), except where it is lightly "pitted" by mold release spray (visible in person upon close inspection, but not in photos). These spots have a slightly different appearance from the rest of the base and from the shaft.
None of the splotched areas seem deep enough to warrant special care, but the toy has been given an "abundance of caution" discount. The insertable area does not have as many, if any, of these inconsistencies.
